Stylish, cozy and beautiful accommodation in a quiet surrounding. Bungalows are very well equipped. We really appreciated the friendly, willing and kind staff. The food menu was very high quality, the breakfast was rich and varied and the food in the Möwe restaurant was excellent and delicious. We used the wellness, mini golf, trips on bikes provided by the resort not only within the resort area but also on local bike trails. This place offers a lot of options for spending time. We felt very comfortable and relaxed, we would love to come back here again.

It can be considered a wine hotel, spa resort or purebred meeting hotel. This philosophy gives the hotel character, setting it apart from the competition. The rest is often dependent on the subjective take of event organisers. In this case, though, almost everyone is thrilled about the idea and realisation. That is why we consider the hotel one of the most original ones we stayed in lately. Such a superb package is not the cheapest, but with a gourmet dinner and a tasteful breakfast, the price is fair. The superb restaurant staff masterfully contributes to the quality of the overall experience. Professionals from Hungary are masters of their trade and are always there when you need them. That goes for every staff member we encountered during our stay. It is delightful to stay in a hotel where they know how to treat their guests. A perfect hotel by the lakeside. The wellness area, with its large pool, stays open late, as does the restaurant & bar—something that's not always the case in Austria! They serve great cocktails, offer e-bikes for guests, and the hotel is surrounded by a charming wine-region village (or town). The staff is very friendly. Truly, if you're okay with the price, this is an ideal 4-star hotel. While the hotel isn't newly renovated, it's not a detriment

it is a very nice hotel in Neusiedl am See. it has a good and quiet location, and it takes you only 15 walking minutes to get to the lake. It offers very good spa facilities (a large enough swimming pool, a jaccuzzi, a sauna, a steam bath, as well as a room with sports equipment, even a room with table tennis, which we enjoyed playing), so you have all you need to relax and do some sports. Free towels and water as well as apples are provided in the spa area. Also, the hotel offered us some visitor cards that gave us free access to a number of museums, which was really good! The room was very nice, spacious enough for 2 people with luggage, and it was very clean. They offered room service/cleaning every day + change of towels. The hotel also had toiletries, so no need to take any from home. The bed was comfortable, the linen and towels were of good quality and nice to use. The wifi was good, fast enough for video-conferencing. The breakfast was good and very varied, we could order eggs of our choice (sunny-sides with different fillings or omelettes), it was always very well cooked. Besides, the buffet offered enough of choices (yogurts, muesli, fruits, cheeses and meats, ham, salads, pastry, a lot of everything), all fresh and filled up once getting empty. We even had prossecco every morning for a good start into the new day! Dinners were also tasty and variuos, one could always find something to their liking or diet. The service during both breakfast and dinner was exceptional! Thank you!

Enjoyed a lovely break making use of the wonderful spa facilities, especially the thermal sauna which I loved and the near empty pool ( early June). It's close to the lake and to the town centre with easy walking access.
