Bathroom was exceptionally clean, comfortable and well lit ( something that is a big problem in most other hotels). Breakfast was great and location is absolutely fantastic- easy walking distance from station and incredibly close to the car rail town square

This is a true gem on the Bodensee. Staff is excellent and very nice, helpful - it felt like "coming home". Hotel and facilities are 5 stars + and breakfast a true joy as was dinners and amenities. But staff was the best I have experienced (and I tyravel alot).

Great wellness hotel with outstanding service. We were here to celebrate my Birthday and receive a great treat from the Check-in moment and all the staffs seems to acknowledge about this so everyone said HBD. This is very impressive to me. This family owned Hotel is very well decorated and managed. The room is very spacious with comfortable bed and great balcony with beautiful view from the Bodensee. Spa area is very nice, well decorated , and the treatment was also very good. The dinner is very delicious with various dishes to choose from plus the great wine recommendations from one of the Lady Boss (I forget her name). I would definitely come back to stay here and would recommend this!!

Fantastic hotel in a beautiful location. The staff were very friendly, attentive and approachable. Superb breakfast and the facilities including swimming pool and sauna were excellent. Great location for exploring the beautiful surrounding countryside.

I booked this stay for my wife and daughter while I took my youngest to Europa Park. It was a bit of a gamble because neither had stayed in a spa hotel like this before, so I was a bit worried that they might feel intimidated and not feel able to engage with it to get the full benefit. The welcoming staff are a I think big part of the reason that was a non-issue. The reports back from my wife and daughter were that it could not have been better - the environment, the staff, the food, the room, and facilities including the additional wellness services they purchased - everything was beyond expectation and I thank the staff and the venue for an experience they will remember for a long time!
