Everything was perfect! The rooms and all facilities were spotless, and we were really impressed by the exceptional service. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful — special thanks to Jan-Otto and his colleague whose name I, unfortunately, didn’t catch. The vintage hotel was very well preserved with a blend of history and elegance. The interior of the hotel was beautiful. The experience of staying in this hotel was awesome and far exceeded my expectation. The room was spacious and cozy. The breakfast was good and delicious with high variety. I like the swimming pool with warm water and also the sauna. It is located at the center of Bad Ischl town, about 10 minutes walk from the train/bus station. Good value for money! I enjoyed my stay in the hotel! The restaurant was great too. I ordered a grilled trout for dinner and it was fantastic.

Very service minded staff - from front desk to hospitality - super friendly and super helpful. It’s a fantastic location on the Wolfgangsee lake with direct access to the lake - swimming and water sports activities, and the town centre itself is just a one minute walk . The view from our room was exactly as advertised - exceptional and great attention to detail to the needs of the guests in the room . Very good breakfast which is open until noon .
