The hotel was excellent, with outstanding service and a breathtaking view from the pool. Its peaceful atmosphere offers an ideal experience, and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate every request.

The service was fantastic. They have such a great team. I recommend everyone to come here. Daniel, Rosela, Ezgon and Redi are very friendly people who always help you if you need something. Definitely recommend

Exceptional service, clean room, brand-new hotel!

The staff was truly wonderful — always attentive, friendly, and quick to respond to any request we had. Their service made us feel well cared for. The bar, however, could use some improvement to better meet guest expectations, and the cleanliness in certain areas could be more consistent. That said, the overall experience was positive, and it’s clear that the service is improving every day. I highly recommend this hotel!

There is our story. At the beginning our goal was to stat in Regina for all our vacation. But unfortunately I made a mistake and reserved another hotel in another town. So we came to Regina only for 3 days. We got a suite with seaside. Huge balcony, huge bathroom and big room. The price was really okei. Breakfast are nice. Let's say not bad. Hotel does situated on first line. But you have to cross a road. For us it was fine.  We were with 2 kids, certainly every day we had to carry all goods to beach and back to the hotel. Housekeeping was also very fluent. They changed lines every day. Not so clean, but it can be accepted. Remember to left tips. Then they definitely change. Hotel has a SPA zone . It is nice. There is a sauna, Haman, steam and 2 jacuzzi. So we enjoyed. We were in that hotel 3 days. And unfortunately we left. But we came back after 2 days. And we stayed here for 10 days more. Special thanks to reseption staff, would emphase girl whose name is Sava. When we came back, we didn't have a reservation at all. I called reception on previous day and they promised us room. But when we came and observed it, it was very tiny for us... 2 adult and 2 kids... do not feet in that room. So we went back to reseption. Staff sad to us that they do not have another room. It was very sad moment. My wife started to scream, then started to cry. We left our friends in previous hotel..ufff, it was a real drama...Sava You saved our vacation, thanks to You! Sava organized suitable room for us. And we fited. It was 10+. Thanks. It is really appreciated thing. So anyway we were able at rent another hotel somewhere in Vlöra, but not like Regina. Thanks. Really...Faleminderit shume. Some what we noticed. There is not WC on the beach, no shower...It was weird. Some little shelves in bathroom was absent, toilet paper holder also. Sometimes hot water disappears. And please make a nice photo of swimming pool. It appears that pool and dining area are very tiny.

Everything was perfect. The hotel offers secure parking, very spacious rooms, and an impeccable sea view. The large terrace was fantastic. The spa facilities, including sauna, pool, and jacuzzi, were excellent. Breakfast was a generous and delicious buffet with a stunning sea view from the restaurant.
