Later, we decided to have dinner at the resort's restaurant, Mandarine, where the food was perfectly prepared, offering a delightful culinary experience.

Right in the city-center nearby the seaside and port. The (small) old town is ca. 2 km away, but the busiest part of Vlora is the new city. Perfect location if you need accomodation when you arrive by ferry. Modern structure, really fantasic and very rich breakfast buffet. English speaking staff.
