Friendly staff with good suggestions in terms of sightseeing and restaurant reception, excellent service at the hotel restaurant, great bread, good food, good breakfast, nice spa area, unlike the other guests’ experience the water wasn’t cold at all for us, the indoor pool, whirlpool and sauna - all functioning and warm. Really nice hotel to stay, super clean, in an excellent location. The hotel is nicely decorated, , I was impressed with the beautiful wooden curved furniture and lampshades, it was a feeling like staying in a beautiful castle. The staff was very helpful. Highly recommend.
