It was one of the best resorts I have ever been to. It's a hidden gem in the middle of the desert. The staff was super kind and professional, special thanks to Mirna from the reception and Moaty from the service team. He makes the best coffee, though. The room service food was amazing, as well as the restaurant. Thank you for an incredible place and an amazing staff. We will be back again for sure.

Staff were extremely helpful. Sandy, the sales executive employee, went above and beyond to help with lost and found items and Ramen at the pool bar was ever present, efficient and enthusiastic. Customer service was next level. True dedication to ensuring the experience was amazing even after checkout.

Everything was so nice. From staff to cleanness to the facilities, just everything. I also liked how the had both separate shower and separate bathtub! Wish all hotels did that!
