Very nice hotel with an great lab pool. The staff was amazing. Harsha, the concierge war very helpful with our bicycles and other information. And the service from Alam Ritu at the buffet was amazing. Great place to relax a couple of days

Everything was so nice. From staff to cleanness to the facilities, just everything. I also liked how the had both separate shower and separate bathtub! Wish all hotels did that!

An absolutely amazing experience! Everything was perfect. The staff is highly professional and friendly. The rooms are exactly like the pictures, spacious, and equipped with almost everything you need. On the third floor, there is a health center that includes a pool, steam room, sauna, and jacuzzi. The facilities were clean and very well-maintained. Also on the third floor, there is a rooftop café where you can enjoy the beautiful view and tranquility. The prices are reasonable. On the ground floor, there is a supermarket with everything a person might need. In short, it was a positive experience, and I will definitely book this hotel again on my next visit to Al Ain.

The hotel is on the top of the mountain and the view from my room was spectacular. And if that wasn’t enough, the whole hotel was sparkly clean, the room soooooo comfy and the staff super amazing. All in all, I enjoyed my stay very much.
