Private parking is available on site at this recently renovated property. The property offers a 24-hour front desk. When we arrived, there was some urgent construction underway to improve the units. While this caused a bit of disruption to our stay, we decided to check out a day early and informed the team. To our surprise, they took the initiative to contact Booking.com on our behalf and arranged a refund for the final night. On top of that, they offered us an additional $50 as a gesture of goodwill. They weren’t obligated to do any of this, and it truly reflects their commitment to excellent service. What could have been a disappointing experience was completely turned around by their responsiveness and care. The hosts were quick to respond to any queries, the location is fantastic, and the rooms are comfortable. At the end of the day, it all comes down to service—and in this regard, they truly excelled.

Skiing and cycling can be enjoyed nearby, while a ski equipment rental service and a ski pass sales point are also available on-site. Loved the place. Everything new, with great internet access and a cozy place. The place was super convenient for us as we did not make any reservation on the hot season and could stay in the Park during all our stay without any line or inconvenience.

All rooms are equipped with a flat-screen TV and a gas fireplace. Black Bear Lodge features free WiFi throughout the property. Everything was perfect! The room was very clean and the staff was very kind to leave the keys outside for us because we arrived a little late.

Big Springs Gondola is located in same building as The Residences at One Village Place by Hyatt Vacation Club, and Village Express chairlift is 30 metres away. The nearest airport is Reno-Tahoe International Airport, 38.6 km from The Residences at One Village Place by Hyatt Vacation Club. We stayed in the Three-Bedroom Villa, and it was easily the best hotel room I’ve ever seen. There are plenty of things to do around the property, and the swimming pool area is great too :). I’d definitely stay again 100%!
