We arrived very late over the night, the receptionist came ahead and helped us with the luggage and made the check-in process quick and smooth so we could go and rest. The room was spacious, clean, and beautiful, the bed and the mattress were super comfortable. After check out they let us leave the luggage at the reception and called us a taxi when we needed it.

Nice, clean, for our need the location was perfect. We didn’t cook so that was ok because the kitchen has 4 plates, four spoons and 3 glases. A cutting board, one knife and a cattle. Wi-fi works in the hallway and rooms but not in the living room. The staff was friendly but they don’t speak much English. The location on Booking is off. You have to go on a bit longer and turn to the left. It is there, it existsbut the address is not correct.

The hotel have it's own shop to hire boots and ski which was amazing, saves us time and money. The staffs were very helpful although, not all of them are speaking english, still able to provide a wonderful service. Big shout out to Baris, who are so helpful.

The rooms are cleaned everyday to high standards and are always focused on detail and perfection, therefore making it the most perfect vacation.
