Had a nice view from balcony, location amazing! Apartment building is very fresh and brand new- really impressive! Parking lot was quite narrow and if some of neighbours parks on lines - it complicates the situation. Staff at front desk was not very interested to show arround on a map, but it was ok as we did our homework.

There is plenty parking in the resort so no need to worry where to leave your car during the stay. Train station to Štrbske Pleso is nearby so we almost didn't need to move the car at all. We were very warmly welcomed with glasses of prosecco :) The rooms were very clean and spacious, towels, bathrobes and toiletries were provided. Spa area is clean and we enjoyed using it (pool, kids pool, jacuzzi, 3 saunas, relax area), also massages are available. We had breakfast and dinner included and there were plenty options to choose from for both, especially the dinner was diverse so no fear from getting bored and eating the same every day. I would especially compliment the staff, everyone is very friendly, accommodating, kind and helpful.

Surrounded by the High Tatras National Park and set in Tatranská Lomnica Ski Area, Penzión Jesenský offers accommodation with a garden, a terrace, a bike rental and a games room with billiards. Everything was new and clean. We had a nice looking room with ceiling windows at the new building. There was no teapot in the room, but you can always get some boiling water in the kitchen downstairs. There are also tables there, so we could eat and drink tea in the evening. They have billiards table and boarding games so people hang out there sometimes. The rooms were quiet and we had a good sleep there. Breakfast was simple, but tasty and there were always some options to eat, even for vegetarians (but for meat lovers options were better:). Usually they serve eggs (boiled or scrambled), sometimes sausages, spreads, bread, cheese and ham, butter, jams, corn flakes and milk, fresh vegetables and fruits. Coffee, tea and juice (artificial) to drink.

Set at 1500 metres above the sea level and on the trail of Tatranska Magistrala in the Mengusovska Valley in the High Tatras, this hotel is a 60-minute hike from Strbske Pleso. We stayed in the tourist room and were pleasantly surprised. In the large room (app. 20 beds), there were individual thick matrasses with much space between them, so it was relatively private. There were also sheets, towels, and showers with hot water. The dinner was in a restaurant manner, while the breakfast was self-service and was very good and extensive.
