The room was nicely designed, everything seemed to be newish, the staff were extremely helpful and friendly, the restaurant had great breakfast, good variety of drinks and food for dinner to. Storage room was excellent for the skis and boots. (Although we will never ski in Slovakia again, as the management of the ski region is terrible).

It offers free spa facilities in 2 wellness centres, including 2 indoor pools, fitness centre and a free ski bus, free parking and free Wi-Fi. This hotel is amazing, location is near by to ski slopes or in summer time for hiking. Hotel has sauna world which is amazing to chill out after skiing or hiking. Breakfast was really good lots of to choose from. Size of the room was very big and spacious. In the evening you can use the bar or play bowling, pool or go to play room. I would like to compliment a receptionist call Veronika, who welcomed us with nice smile, she's the most nicest kindness and helpful receptionist I have ever met. Hotel should be very proud of having her there. She's a star We will definitely be back again.

We were a couple with a two-year-old toddler and really enjoyed our stay in the apartment. The apartment is beautifully and comfortably designed. For us, the location was excellent — you can start a walking trail along the river right from the apartment. The hosts were available and responded to any questions we had.

There were everything we need for cooking, and we really appreciated the provided bin bags, dishwasher tabs and fluid, plus the soaps in the bathroom.
