The location, the staff, the facilities, everything was absolutely great. And the food was more than great - both the rich breakfast and the à la carte menu. There was no reason to eat anywhere else.

We stayed here as a group of five families, renting five separate apartments. The buildings are fairly new and have a nice feel. However, we found them a bit under-equipped for a comfortable stay, and they could have been cleaner. At check-in there was some confusion with the keys, and we were given keys to wrong apartments. The view from our units was more toward the parking lot than toward Śnieżka. Another downside was that a gardener began work with a leaf blower at 7 a.m., which woke us up. With more attention to cleanliness, better guest coordination, and improved equipment, this could be a much more enjoyable experience.

Ski equipment hire and bike hire are available at this hotel and the area is popular for skiing. It was our 2nd time here. Deluxe apartment again met my expectations, very comfortable. Very good breakfast. Great SPA!
