Location was on the outskirts of Queenstown, which made access by car so much easier. Grocery store, bus stop and services nearby. Loved dishwasher and laundry in the room. Big space, modern and comfortable. Parking tight, but available. Great coffee maker, heated floors, great bed and shower. We would definitely come back.

Cardrona Hotel features an iconic on-site restaurant and bar. You can enjoy the picturesque gardens while sipping a drink on the patio. This hotel features a hot tub, a ski drying room and shared lounge and laundry facilities. It was a welcome rest as we arrived by bike. The front entrance is vintage and unassuming…but behind the long hedge is a huge beer garden which serves very tasty and reasonably priced food. We didn’t go in to the restaurant as the beer and garden food sufficed. The room was comfortable and looked in to the courtyard. The staff were all very friendly and were able to accommodate our bicycles. We really enjoyed our stay and recommend people go in the front door and check it out.

Arthur's Pass Alpine Motel is located high in New Zealand’s Southern Alps, within Arthur’s Pass Village. Just 300 metres from Arthur’s Pass train Station, it offers free on-site parking and free Wi-Fi access. Located along the main road, just outside of what I would call the town centre, this motel provides a great place to stay and explore Arthur's Pass. The owner was very friendly and helpful, suggesting the various food places and walking trails in the area. Best of all, the unit is big with a bedroom, living room, kitchen area and toilet. I could certainly have spent many more days there.

Wanaka Luxury Apartments are situated only 600 metres from the shores of Lake Wanaka. The ski fields at Cardrona Alpine Resort and Treble Cone Ski Area are just 35 minutes’ drive away. The staff were excellent and the apartment was spacious and comfortable

The children’s playground has a trampoline and swings. Guests can relax in the wooden hot tub, which features views of the gardens and mountains (charges apply).

Ski storage facilities are available, along with ski equipment tuning and waxing tools. In-room continental can be delivered to the rooms each morning. Our two bedroom apartment was very clean, comfortable and well equipped. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. The motel is a short walk from the CBD. We enjoyed relaxing in the evening on the outdoor patio. We would definitely stay again.

Just 250 metres from Lake Wakatipu, Alexis Motel & Apartments features a large shared patio offering views of Lake Wakatipu and the Remarkables Mountains. All accommodation offers a kitchenette or kitchen. Guests enjoy free WiFi throughout the property.

The tour desk books local activities including paragliding, skiing and snowboarding. Firstly the view over the lake is stunning, was a 10 minute walk from the centre of town. The bed was comfortable, laundry facilities on site. No hesitation in recommending the Alexis.

Location was excellent for us. Accommodation was perfect, very well appointed. We caught the bus or Uber's to get us in & out of Queenstown which is much easier than trying to find parking.

Modern, clean & comfortable. Lots of space & good lounge area. Apartment has own allocated parking spot which was great. Close to eateries, supermarkets & very short walk into town.

The bathroom is a very good size and the shower is good. Nice, comfy bed and the kitchen has enough to get you by.
