The common area and bathroom is shared with another room/visitors and we were lucky to have very enjoyable company so it felt like reliving the old hostel days as an adult 😀

Hanmer Springs TOP 10 Holiday Park is located next to a forest reserve with walking and mountain biking tracks. Guests can hire fun pedal karts for use within the park. We loved staying at the Top 10 in Hamner Springs. It had everything we needed, was in a great location and the staff were lovely and so helpful. Very relaxed and easy going feeling, especially as we were travelling with kids.

Guests can enjoy many leisure activities in the natural surroundings, including hiking, kayaking, skiing and mountain biking. The feeling of luxury when we arrived. It is clear that the staff care about the motel environment and their customers. Very comfortable beds.

An indoor play area is also available at 10 Rippingale Road, while guests can also relax in the garden. Beautiful, comfortable home. We loved our stay, had everything we needed.

Guests at the chalet will be able to enjoy activities in and around Castle Hill, like skiing, horse riding and windsurfing. If you would like to discover the area, cycling, fishing and canoeing are possible in the surroundings. Stayed for one night to break up the drive from Franz Josef to Lake Tekapo, and had the most wonderful time. A very spacious property for a family of three. The house has everything you need and more - very comfy. The location is lovely and peaceful, the views are stunning, and we discovered very nice short walks around the village. Honestly wish we spent more time there - we love the quiet, and this place has plenty of it. Communication with the host was super easy. Remember to stock up on food on the way as there are no cafes or shops in the village. Hopefully we'll be back one day to explore the area further and to enjoy the peace and the comfort.
