We booked the cabin for our small family and it was better than expected! We also loved using the onsite sauna overlooking the water.

The shower was amazing with very strong pressure. There was no kitchen just fridges.

Restaurant guests can enjoy their meals on the lake-view terrace. The ground-floor bar offers after ski and is an ideal place for drinks and mingling. Live music events are arranged every weekend from December until April. Close to the ski station, with fantastic views over the lake and mountains. The apartment room was well equipped and very comfortable. A good variety for dinner and breakfast.

The location was stunning. The barn and surroundings were impeccable and comfortable. The host was extremely communicative. We wish we could have stayed longer.

Comfortable, spacious, clean, beautiful apartment with very good facilities. The kitchen had everything one could possibly need and some more. Also there was a washing machine. Our apartment had a beautiful view of the lake and the mountains but this probably varies from one apartment to another (some of the apartments probably don't have much of a view as it is obstructed by the buildings). It was very quiet and pleasant stay. This is a perfect base for exploring nearby mountain nature with a car. Grocery store is in Røldal center just 5 minutes drive away. Underground parking with a lift straight up to the apartment floor was great on rainy weather. These apartments are located in the yellow building behind the main hotel building.
