So you can just wear socks (even provided). The onsen facilities are very nice. Which for us the main reason to visit the hotel. It’s nice that at certain time of day they provide free snacks or even ramen in the evening.

The farm stay features rooms with air conditioning, free private parking and free WiFi. Such lovely hosts, and a fabulous property. It has so much character, and is sparkling clean. Everything was very comfortable, the kitchen fully equipped and stocked with basics. Easily walkable into town if you want to eat out, or enjoy excellent dinner or breakfast with the sweetest hosts imaginable.

Jigokudani Monkey Park is 44 km from Yado Brodiaea, while Ryuoo Ski Park is 44 km from the property. Matsumoto Airport is 106 km away. The location near the ski bus stop was ideal, the breakfast was a perfect start to each day, and the accommodation was spotless. But what truly set this place apart was the heartfelt hospitality of the hosts. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed. They ensured we had all the information regarding transportation. Their generosity extended to offering us rides, making our stay incredibly convenient.

I had breakfast too and it was lovely. I also really appreciated lifts too and from ski school and to the train station. It was honestly such a beautiful stay and I will be back. For any solo travellers, it was a very family vibe and I felt very welcome. Thank you Papa!

The property offers a free shuttle service. Free private parking is available on site. Wonderful place. Would recommend to solo-travelers, families or groups of friends. Location is within walking distance to Ishiuchi Maruyama Ski Resort. The owner Satoshi-san and all staff are extremely kind and helpful. Provided a free shuttle to the station when returning home. Excellent prices of rental gear, much lower than the ski resorts. Great gear as well. Absolutely perfect.

Maruyama Onsen Kojyokan offers a free shuttle service from Echigo-Yuzawa Station to the property, as well as to the ski resort. A shared lounge and shops are available on site.

A ski pass sales point and ski equipment hire is available. You can engage in various activities, such as skiing and hiking. The staff were super nice and helpful. They tried their best to help us if we have any questions.

Only 4-5 min walk from the west exit of the Echigo-Yuzawa station. There are lots of shops and restaurants in the same street.
