All the staff is very helpful and friendly, the rooms are cozy and immersed in nature. The location is perfectly situated not far from Brenner highway, yet in the center of Vipiteno/Sterzing, but in a quiet location that faces greenery everywhere. The breakfast is a true delight to start your day with, I mostly appreciated the variety of fresh fruits, but everything else was delicious, and I would say exquisite, is rather a brunch than a breakfast, with local products (the honey was from another world). The rooms were very clean, we staid 2 times and every time we had a room that exited to the garden, which was particularly appreciated by my 3 years old son. Some of the rooms have a kitchenette. The hotel has very nice touches, and there is possibility to park in the garage for a small fee per night. Definitely a destination I will come back to.
