We only had a quite short time window for Etna and without his help it wouldn't have been possible. We didn't have a car so he was super flexible to bring us up the mountain and picked us up with our luggage to bring us to a bus stop for a good price. He was super flexible and responsive - thank you so much again, otherwise we would have missed this great opportunity!

You can see Mount Etna and the sea from the top of the hill within the properties boundaries. The garden is well maintained and beautifully landscaped with ornamental features everywhere you can tell that a lot of thought has been put into it. The property is gorgeous with 6 separate accommodations under one roof. The room sizes were great and comfortably fitted the 5 of us. The property had everything we needed to cook for ourselves. Monica was a great host and always checked that everything was ok, she even gave us a map of local restaurants and other places we may need during our stay. We hadn’t originally booked to stay here but after our original accommodation fell well below our standards we booked Il Casale di Monacella via booking.com and arrived 2 hours later. Monica couldn’t have done anymore for us and literally saved our holiday. Thank you Monica ☺️
