Ruben went out of his way to accommodate all our needs and special requests and helped us a lot to organize our Etna Visit. We only had a quite short time window for Etna and without his help it wouldn't have been possible. We didn't have a car so he was super flexible to bring us up the mountain and picked us up with our luggage to bring us to a bus stop for a good price. He was super flexible and responsive - thank you so much again, otherwise we would have missed this great opportunity!

The staff treated us like cherished friends from the moment we arrived, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Surrounded by nature's tranquility, the peaceful ambiance was a much-needed escape. The culinary experience was a highlight, with authentic Sicilian flavors that delighted our taste buds. The freshness of ingredients and expert preparation showcased the best of Sicilian cuisine. In summary, our stay here was exceptional. The combination of attentive staff, a serene forest setting, and delectable Sicilian fare earns this hotel a well-deserved 5 out of 5 stars.

Each unit is equipped with a terrace offering mountain views, a flat-screen TV, a dining area, a well-fitted kitchen and a private bathroom with bidet, slippers and a hair dryer. A toaster, a fridge and stovetop are also provided, as well as a coffee machine and a kettle. At the apartment complex, every unit has bed linen and towels. Absolutely immaculate, very up to date and modern. Hosts were exceptional in going above and beyond to meet all our needs (e.g. hot, fresh-baked croissants every morning), plenty of snacks, coffee and fruit, etc. We stayed in seven different locations and it was by far our favorite!

The apartment features rooms with air conditioning, private parking available on site and an electric vehicle charging station. Everything was perfect. I made a mistake with booking but the host went above and beyond to make up for my mistake. It was amazing. We stayed with a friend, the house is in great location, had parking right in front of the building, super convenient location, next to centre and all restaurants. Perfect base to go on a hike on Etna. Would highly recommend it. Extra bonus points for espresso in the morning :)
