The facility itself was beautiful, comfortable and clean. There was lots to do within the grounds and a decent breakfast every morning. Highly recommend!

Ruben went out of his way to accommodate all our needs and special requests and helped us a lot to organize our Etna Visit. We only had a quite short time window for Etna and without his help it wouldn't have been possible. We didn't have a car so he was super flexible to bring us up the mountain and picked us up with our luggage to bring us to a bus stop for a good price. He was super flexible and responsive - thank you so much again, otherwise we would have missed this great opportunity!

Each apartment has its own terrace to sit outside and enjoy the time. The host was very friendly and helpful.
