The friendliest and most helpful staff ever, going way above and beyond. The most welcome I've ever felt in an accomodation. Cannot recommend more highly.

The stay at this hotel was very pleasant, we enjoyed the private hot tub on the terrace, the sauna in the bath was also nice. The house is nice and brings across the countryside atmosphere. The breakfast buffet was great - lot's of options, also had several highchairs available for the little ones. The restaurant also offered an optional buffet dinner for 24 eur per person, not including drinks, which we found very convenient. The hotel was very well equipped for bicycle lovers - they were offering bike storage directly under the camping house, bike wash, bike rental. We rented bikes for a ride with our 10 month old - they had a baby seat available, also they had a Thule bike trailer for families with 2 kids. Bled was a pleasant 15 min bike ride away, and it was very convenient, because we didn't need to look for parking. Also, when staying in the Alpine Resort houses, the accommodation is offering free laundry service, which we didn't use.

Some bicycles lacked maintenance, but choosing one wisely will guarantee you a quicker and sportier tour around the lake. The location is great, and the free parking is a very great and rare feature in Bled.

The location was great, 3-5 minutes from Bus stop, 2-3 minutes from a great pizzeria and 10-15 minutes walk from the castle. The breakfast was great and had quality products, the rooms were clean and spacious and next to the lake as well. The staff were kind and fast as well. Would visit again!

The local bus station is 600 metres from Penzion Kaps, while Bled Castle is at a distance of 2 km. Ljubljana Airport and the ski centres at Kranjska Gora, Vogel and Krvavec are all within a 35 km radius. Great, spacious room and bathroom. Super clean with a traditional house feel. Lots of windows to let the fresh air in. The location was super close to the lake but off the main tourist road so it was significantly quieter. Peter was an amazing host and shared lots of good tips for places to go, as well as extremely friendly and hospitable. The best BnB/hotel I’ve ever been to.
