The Cairngorms National Park is within 30 minutes’ drive of High Range Lodge Hotel. We were surprised by the size and quality of the apartment. There was even a large decorated Christmas tree in the living room. Everything was perfect and we had everything we needed. We would definitely stay there again.

The rooms were excellent, so comfortable clean and perfect for a great night's sleep. Just what we needed as a group of 3 friends cycling from Glasgow to Inverness. The owners had thought of everything to ensure we had a perfect stay. Breakfast was delicious with a great choice and very friendly staff. I would definitely stay here again if coming to the Highlands.

However, the best part was the service provided by Kenny. When we had to catch a bus to Edinburgh Airport at 6 in the morning and couldn’t get a taxi, Kenny got up and drove us to the bus. That’s service beyond the ordinary, and we can only give our highest recommendation to Beechwood B&B.

I absolutely fell in love with this town and would love to come back just to stay in this cottage and walk around some more. The beds are amazing, heating was great and loved watching tv in the living room. Our host, Dorothy was incredible as well!
