But, what truly sets Pensão Synek apart is the friendliness and kindness of the owner family. They are incredibly warm and helpful, making us feel at home from the moment we arrive. Their attention to detail and care for guests are evident in every aspect of the stay. Additionally, the guesthouse offers amenities such as ski equipment storage. The proximity to the area's ski lifts and the SkiBus stop right in front of the guesthouse makes access to the slopes very easy. Very modern and clean. Superb meal, welcome Prosecco. Steak was of a very good standard. very friendly and helpful staff - Radak and Daniel with their knowledge of wine and conversation made my visit. Will hopefully visit again in the future, 5 stars!

We had an amazing experience in Pytloun Wellness Hotel. The Wellness was extraordinary, as well as the breakfast. The personnel was really friendly, especially Tomas from reception and Josef from the restaurant did extra efforts to make our stay perfect. Thanks!
