We had booked for 4 nights 8-12/10 and once we saw the beautiful apartment we extended our stay until 24/10. The apartment is equipped with dishwasher, oven, electric stove and fridge. Very professional and helpful staff - Nadine and Sofia in the reception, Esther in the restaurant and a very helpful and friendly lady in housekeeping. Could not have wished for more.

If you have a car then it is very convenient but if you didn’t have a car, you would be struggling.The bathroom facilities perhaps needed a little upgrade but overall worked well. If you did have any mobility issues then the bathroom that we were using would have been a real problem. The continental breakfast that we had was lovely. It had on-site parking .

Everything was great! the room was way better than the picture. It was compact, very well utilized and designed, the lights were on the right spot to show the beauty of the room. The exceptional part was the location, which was in the old town and right next to the river, making it close to the shopping street and the old streets. Right below the hotel is a small Christmas market, Swiss Chuchi which is owned by the hotel, and plenty of great restaurants like Sempre. The staff was very welcoming. The hotel provides soft drinks for free in a fridge next to the lobby, a great gesture. This is without a doubt my go to hotel for my next visit.
