It is only a 5-minute walk from Zermatt Train Station and Sunnegga Express funicular. Everything was great! Tasty breakfast, friendly staff, perfect location! Definitely recommend!

Everything was amazing! Very friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast and the spa is perfect for ending a day on the slopes.

Situated close to the ski lifts in Zermatt, Alpen Resort & Spa features a restaurant, and spacious rooms with cable TV. WiFi in the entire building and transport from Zermatt Train Station from 07:00 o'clock to 21:00 o'clock are both offered for free. There is also an outdoor tennis court on site . Everything from the staff to the accommodation itself. We had the majestic view of the Matterhorn from our family room.

All winter sport facilities and cable cars can be reached easily on foot. You can rent or buy skis on site and tickets for the lifts and cable cars are sold at the front desk. The ski bus stops right in front of the Bristol hotel. The staff, the spa, the breakfast and the room is amazing. This three star hotel is better than many five-star hotels.

The Matterhorn Glacier Paradise Station and the Zermatt-Furi Ski Lift are 900 metres away. The hotel is classic but was well maintained. We had a good stay. Their restaurant was great as well. Location near the train station.
