All rooms have a balcony, seating area with cable TV and a private bathroom. Some have unobstructed views of Winkelmatten. Several have views of Mount Matterhorn. All are rustically furnished. Several have a wood-paneled ceiling and solid wood ceiling beams. Wi-Fi is available free of charge. Very comfortable room with an amazing view of the Matterhorn from the balcony and windows. The location on the outskirts of town near the cable car station was perfect for us. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and welcoming.

Offering stylishly furnished rooms with balconies and coffee machines and free Wi-Fi, the Testa Grigia hotel has been completely renovated in 2010. It is only a 5-minute walk from Zermatt Train Station and Sunnegga Express funicular. Friendly and helpful staff. We had to leave very early in the morning, the staff went an extra mile and packed breakfast for us. Giving 10/10 just because of super nice staff.

Hotel Jägerhof enjoys a quiet location close to the centre of Zermatt, a 5-minute walk from the Klein Matterhorn cable car. It has a gym and offers free WiFi.

The rooms have a flat-screen TV with many international channels. The Matterhorn can be seen from some of the rooms. Excelente location . Good Breakfast , very clean. Nice beds

The heated brine swimming pool (34°C), the steam bath and the sauna are perfect places to unwind after a day of skiing or hiking. Our guests are more than welcome to take advantage of the wellness and pool on the day of arrival (before check-in time) and departure (after check-out time). On request and for an extra charge, massages can be organised, as well. Hotel is within walking distance to main train station. Free use of spa (warm jacuzzi pool, sauna and steam bath) as well as washer/dryer were the highlights of our stay. We booked two rooms (1) two bedroom apartment with Matterhorn view comes with two toilets with bathtubs which is a big plus (2) Studio North room for our family of 2 Ad + 3 teens. Both hotel rooms come with big balcony with good views and they were clean and come with fully equipped kitchenette.

The Hotel Daniela enjoys a very calm location in Zermatt, situated within a 10-minute walk from the cable cars and the train station. Free Wi-Fi is featured throughout the property.

The rooms were renovated in 2017 and feature a TV with cable channels, a telephone, a radio, a minibar and a safe. The bathrooms are equipped with a hairdryer, free toiletries and bathrobes. Every detail was taken care off - including refreshments, s backpack available in every room. Very good location, tastefully arranged rooms and common spaces, excellent breakfast, very nice employees.

WiFi in the entire building and transport from Zermatt Train Station from 07:00 o'clock to 21:00 o'clock are both offered for free. There is also an outdoor tennis court on site . Beautiful view of the mountain from a distance, view of the village, basic, reasonable breakfast. There is a sauna and a jacuzzi. Close to the train station, there is a shuttle to the hotel

All winter sport facilities and cable cars can be reached easily on foot. You can rent or buy skis on site and tickets for the lifts and cable cars are sold at the front desk. The ski bus stops right in front of the Bristol hotel. Everything was excellent! The hotel is spotlessly clean, and I liked everything about my stay. The breakfast was absolutely perfect — fresh, delicious, and with a great variety. The location is right in the city center, which was very convenient. The staff were extremely polite and helpful. Truly a perfect stay!
