Room was really clean & comfortable & breakfast was great. I’d recommend to anyone & as a solo female traveler, I’d especially recommend.

Our guests are more than welcome to take advantage of the wellness and pool on the day of arrival (before check-in time) and departure (after check-out time). This is an amazing hotel very comfortable very quiet with a view of the Matterhorn from my windows the breakfast is the best I’ve ever experienced in the hotel in my 70 years. Situated close to the ski lifts in Zermatt, Alpen Resort & Spa features a restaurant, and spacious rooms with cable TV. WiFi in the entire building and transport from Zermatt Train Station from 07:00 o'clock to 21:00 o'clock are both offered for free. There is also an outdoor tennis court on site . Spa facilities were great and very clean.

All winter sport facilities and cable cars can be reached easily on foot. You can rent or buy skis on site and tickets for the lifts and cable cars are sold at the front desk. The ski bus stops right in front of the Bristol hotel. Best place I’ve ever been in my life!!! Excellent attention, best view on Zermatt , centric, a place to dream of. If I have the opportunity will definitely return!!!

I really liked the everything about beausite, starting from the concierge ,Luis,who helped me booked my skiing lessons before my arrival and suggesting nice restaurants and experiences to me everyday. The front desk Dounia who was very welcoming. I liked the room view which overlooking the summit of Mount Matterhorn, which framed a picture-like view I woke up to every day.
