The staff was realy good, especially for Sara, she was so very kind to us when the first time we arrive at hostel, she arrange our room and explain all the facilities to us. We like all the facilities espesially the kitchen, we saw everybody cook and eat together in the same room. It was so warm. The room it's so great with mointain view. This is recomended for family travelling.

It is only a 5-minute walk from Zermatt Train Station and Sunnegga Express funicular. The host was amazing and gave us a lot of information.
