The hosts were extremely welcoming, I've never experienced anything like it. It felt like you were staying in your own chalet with friends and family and they offered freshly cooked meals and breakfast. If you are a couple planning a few quiet days in the Swiss mountains, this is definitely the place to go, no doubt about it!

It’s difficult to explain our feelings in this place, in fact, this place could perfectly be our “house in Switzerland” (maybe impossible for a hotel or another kind of place) Pauline and Pierre are absolutely indescribable, their kindness, hospitality, happiness and positive vibes not only represent a couple of good hosts but also an example of how the people have to work in this kind of business. Pauline, you’re a fantastic woman, your strength and dedication are truly difficult to find and is a motivation for all the couples like us Pierre, despite of the great level of your wife, your absolutely amazing as well, your pieces of advice for everything, your generosity and your determination are another reason to come back and see you. The Hotel du Pillon is the perfect get away! It’s a historic hotel located in a quiet area not far from the town, with an amazing staff. It was such a delight to stay here. It’s dog friendly, cozy, and simply lovely. Great restaurant and the owner personally looks after the guests. Quite a treasure!

The Hotel Alpe Fleurie is located in the centre of Villars opposite the train station for the Bretaye Ski Area. It offers panoramic views of the Swiss Alps, free Wi-Fi and free parking on site.

We absolutely loved this classic chalet that had the exact charm and comfort we were looking for to enjoy our Christmas break. The views from our room were magnificent, and wherever you are in the hotel (bar, restaurant, spa) you are reminded of the nature that surrounds you. Our room was very spacious with plenty of storage and equipped with everything we could possibly need.
