Excellent communication prior to arrival informing me of directions to get there and info about the Interlaken guest card they provide us with. Excellent facilities (big, well-equiped kitchen, plenty of lockers for storage, delicious breakfast, toilet in bedroom). Staff were all friendly and had good knowledge on things to do in the area. They seemed to have good systems in place for check in. Good location situated between the East and West train stations. Highly recommend!

Guests at the bed and breakfast will be able to enjoy activities in and around Brienz, like hiking. Skiing and cycling can be enjoyed nearby, while a ski pass sales point and ski storage space are also available on-site. Nice location, very clean, excellent brekkie, with garden to chill and to enjoy the view and hospitable staff. Recommended!

Hirschen is situated in a 17th century landmark building located in Interlaken. This hotel features a garden and free WiFi throughout the property.

All rooms feature air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, radio and a desk. All rooms have a private bathroom. The garden terrace provides a splendid view of the famed Mount Virgin. Didn’t exoect much but the room was quiet big. It was like a suite with 1 room and a big living room with sofabed and a double bed + dining table. Good space for 4-6 people. Big entrance. I like the towels with different colors so it’s easy to determine.

Centrally-located modern hotel lined with yellow balconies, opposite the Interlaken West Train Station with links to the Jungfrau Ski Area. Modern guestrooms are decorated in light colours with patterned fabrics; all include satellite televisions and balconies and free WiFi. Awesome location, great size room and nice to get a balcony to see the gorgeous view. Breakfast was pretty good (Nutella on tap!!) but the thing that impressed me the most was the staff. The manager Roger was very responsive when we had a delayed train and thought we couldn't make the check in time. When we arrived with two minutes to spare, he still took the time to tell us about where to explore in Interlaken and even highlighting a map for us. What a gem!

We had incredible views of the mountains and were perfectly situated close to the train station, and easy access to other surrounding landmarks

The apartment itself is also perfect, well-equipped, large enough for two adults, near to the station, with very nice view.

We were a group of ten, some where solos and some were couples, we all have a room to stay in and beds were really comfy

With mountain views, this accommodation features a terrace. The accommodation provides a lift and full-day security for guests. Mario’s place was spacious and amazing. The kitchen was fully equipped to cook a full meal, and there was a washing machine and drying rack for laundry. The apartment is a short 8mins walk from Interlaken West Station. The balconies overlooked the Höhematte Park, where there were paragliders during the day. As our stay was over the New Year’s period, the fireworks display was right at the park and we could enjoy the magnificent display in the comfort of our own home. Mario was very friendly and accommodating, and everything from leaving our luggages at the accommodation before check-in, to check-out, was seamless. Thank you so so much, Mario!
