You are not only wise but blessed if you are reviewing a stay at this property and if you can book this hotel in your itinerary. Advantages 1. Eiger mountain scenery that can be enjoyed at a reasonable price When you come up to the accommodation after checking in and open the door, the view of Mount Eiger pouring in through the accommodation window is incomparable to anything. Above all, I was able to enjoy this sight at a reasonable price compared to other accommodations in the area. 2. Friendly and caring staff When we needed computer printing, even though we requested it in the evening, they responded promptly and took care of us. In addition, I wanted to express my deep gratitude to the staff who always cleans up leftover plates when eating. She was really busy and hardworking and did a great job filling the food and clearing the dishes which I am thankful for.

The 125-year-old Hotel Gletschergarten with its magnificent mountain and glacier view is personally run by the 4th and 5th generations with a lot of commitment.

One of the highlights is the 800m² 'Fire and Ice Spa,' which includes multiple saunas and an outdoor whirlpool. This spa area was definitely a favorite during my stay. - Rooms: The rooms are spacious and well-equipped with modern amenities. I particularly appreciated the Nespresso coffee maker, daily restocked minibar, and yoga mats. For those looking for a touch of luxury, some rooms come with private saunas and fireplaces. - Dining: Dining at the on-site restaurant, BG's Grill, was a delight. The breakfast and dinner offerings were excellent, with a wide variety of high-quality food to choose from. - Service: The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. It felt like I'm in a dorm and I'm the head teacher/manager of there and at night I sat next to fire place till it finished. And opened my eyes to beautiful mountain covered with snow.
