Set in Interlaken, 19 km from Grindelwald Terminal, Chalet Hostel @ Backpackers Villa Interlaken offers accommodation with a garden, private parking, a shared lounge and a terrace. The property is 80 metres from the city centre and 21 km from Giessbachfälle. I'm not a fan of hostels, but when travelling to Switzerland you don't get much choice with the high prices. The rooms and bathroom were clean and comfortable. Big size lockers available on the rooms, secured with a card key so you don't have to worry about bringing your own lock. Location is great, near both train stations in Interlaken, plus the hostel gives you a free bus ticket to reach the accomodation.

Guests at the bed and breakfast will be able to enjoy activities in and around Brienz, like hiking. Skiing and cycling can be enjoyed nearby, while a ski pass sales point and ski storage space are also available on-site. Nice staff, perfect location and close to the train station and coop. The view of lake Brienz in front and the mountains around. Especially in the morning the view are stunning.

The hotel is 600 metres from the First Cable Car Station and lies 100m above the centre of Grindelwald. Its rooms and sun terrace have magnificent views of the surrounding scenery. It also features a unique spa area in the goats' stable. The location is really good. Though it’s not near the train station, it’s only 20min walk or 15min ride with the free bus service given by the hotel. The view of the hotel, I would say, it’s much better than those next to the train station and the main road - simply choose rooms with mountain views. The staff members are all very friendly and helpful. And the facilities are great with no complaints.

The location is stunning, the views unforgettable, and everything was arranged with such care and charm. The staff were incredibly kind and sweet, they made every detail feel effortless. All rooms are accessible with a lift or spiral stair. All rooms are equiped with TV, free wifi and with a hairdryer. The room was fantastic. The view was great. My children loved the bunkbeds.
