The room was spacious and super comfortable—perfect for a family. It’s very kid-friendly, which made everything easier. The spa was amazing, and the views of the majestic mountains were simply stunning. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious and had that comforting, homemade taste. A perfect spot to relax and recharge!

Beautifully situated on a south hillside of Pirin mountain, the hotel has lovely park zones, unique architecture and SPA center with thermal water from own spring. Free WiFi is provided throughout the property. The pool was fantastic, the hot tub was nice, the 3 different spa's we're also incredible. It was very clean, modern, and orderly. We we're shocked at the size of the rooms, they we're huge! Big for even western standards which is great! The mini-fridge was stocked really well, the staff was really nice. The spa was great, definitely take advantage!

Free WiFi is provided in all areas. I loved the spa facilities and that there were shuttle busses from the hotel to the gondola and from gondola to the hotel. Plus there was a room to store our ski equipment. The breakfast was good and varied! The rooms were good as well, we were in an apartment with two rooms a living room with a small kitchenette(it didn’t have a stove, but it did have a microwave and a toaster that were working) also got some water tea and honey as a complimentary free gift! It has a great room service menu with good prices(we sadly didn’t get the chance to order from it) there was a gaming room and salt room but with extra costs! The pool was big and it is kind of between 1.40-1.55 deep!

I mean it’s the little things. 🤗 There’s a free shuttle to take you to the gondola every half an hour in the morning, and to get you back afterwards. The daily coffee and water in the rooms is awesome.
