In general, this is a very good hotel, new and clean, with wonderful facilities and very helpful staff. Location is 400 m to Giggijoch Bahn, which is 5 mins by feet or one bus stop. Ski room is great. Our room has a large balcony. Breakfast was awesome. Spa facilities and outdoor swimming pool are mind blowing. We used spa every day of our stay :)

The hotel terrace overlooks the surrounding mountains. Guests of the Nala Individuellhotel benefit from a 24-hour reception and a bicycle rental. The room decoration and facilities were impressive. There was a bottle of wine for welcome drink. The staffs were helpful and friendly. It was convenient for us to be able to buy Innsbruck Travel Card from the hotel reception.
