We have around 6 spa weekend trips per year, and here the increased price is really worth it. Perfect rooms, amazing food, clean spa area with entertaining sauna ceremonies, lovely and overly attentive employees of the hotel… we didn’t feel like leaving.

There is a ski rental and ski school next door. Ski passes are available at the reception, and ski depots are available at the ski lift. We had a great time for the period we've stayed here. The room was great (counting we got an upgrade), the breakfast also rich and tasty, staff always available and helpful. Definitely recommended for everyone.

The Schlossalm ski lift is only a 7 minute walk from the Alpenhaus Gasteinertal and the Alpentherme Gastein can be reached within 250 meters. The hotel is gorgeous, with comfortable clean rooms and a nice view of the mountains. Huge, well-equipped wellness department. The breakfast was plentiful, satisfying all needs, the dinner selection was excellent and very tasty. The hotel is centrally located, within walking distance of the main ski lift. The hotel also provides ski storage in a comfortable, heated storage room. The hotel staff is kind, attentive and very polite.

The hotel is also in a very picturesque place, rooms are spacious and well equipped. SPA area is not big, but has many things to offer. Would definitely recommend and stay again.
