Ski passes are available at the reception, and ski depots are available at the ski lift. everybody were so kind, especially Ibolya at the reception, she had all the information abouth the slopes, the Hotel was so nice, new and clean and the price was really good, we will come back I am sure, highly recommended!

The Schlossalm ski lift is only a 7 minute walk from the Alpenhaus Gasteinertal and the Alpentherme Gastein can be reached within 250 meters. Our room offered magnificent mountain views that made every day special. We especially enjoyed the spa, with the saunas area standing out as wonderfully tranquil and relaxing. The hotel’s location was perfect, just a short walk to the mountain lifts and very close to numerous hiking trails, which made exploring the outdoors effortless. Overall, it was an excellent stay combining comfort, relaxation, and easy access to nature.
