The location is amazing, the lake is facing you as you are lying in your bed enjoying the breakfast which is complimentary for the first night. The town nearby comes alive every evening. The drive through the periphery of wolfgangsee is beautiful. There is a nice Shawarma/pizzeria in the vicinity along with local cuisine restaurants. The Chinese restaurant is a 10 minutes drive in Bad Ischl.

The apartment was clean, well- maintained and had everything our family needed to cook meals. The hosts were helpful and generous in sharing things to make our visit better. Well equipped kitchen, delicious coffee. Spacious room. We were not in peak season and we got a room upgrade.

An excellent choice for families as well as solo travelers. After a two-day journey, I was too exhausted to drive any further and found this place at the last minute. The hosts graciously offered me a room with four beds, even though I was traveling alone. The room was exceptionally comfortable—especially the bed—and I slept an uninterrupted 12 hours, which speaks volumes about the quiet and relaxing environment. The breakfast was delightful, though I had to hit the road shortly after, leaving little time to explore the charming and picturesque town of St. Gilgen.
