Our room was ready ahead of time, so we were able to check in early. The staff offered us a welcome drink in the bar and while we were there, they gave us information on open tourist sites, transportation options, gave us a welcome card that covered the cost of all modes of public transportation in Innsbruck, gave us restaurant recommendations and suggestions on hikes and best places to get a view of the city.

Bicycle rental is available on request and against surcharge. Room was upgraded, plenty of space. Breakfast was over the top. Location was central to all we wanted to see. Staff was extremely accommodating.
