The location of the farm is absolutely fabulous. Although you may be surprised by the steep hill going to it (so ideally plan your arrival before it gets dark). If you're from a bigger city you'll be amazed by the absolute silence at night (except maybe for the bell on the village church) and by the quantity of visible stars. Although the village itself only has one bar (which I also recommend to visit, the owner is very friendly) and no shop, you can easily reach anything by car during daytime. Also many locations for hikes are within an hour ride. Miha (the owner) is very friendly and helpful, he takes good care of his animals and you can really feel a good spirit at the farm. You can get home made bread, very tasty free range eggs and fresh milk, so if you don't have dietary restrictions, by all means go for it. And also if you're into horse riding or want to try a carriage ride this can also be satisfied by their very nice and friendly horses 🐎 Overall, you probably won't want to leave but I still definitely recommend a visit 😁

Modern, new, light, roomy. AC for heating and cooling in living room (not bathroom). New washing machine and dryer available. Nice terrace with veg garden. Room was dark and silent during the night. Breakfast was outstanding. Even though situated in village, the apt felt like being outside.

The room was warm and clean, the view was beautiful, the staff were wonderful, the breakfast was great. I loved the location and the church bells, it was very soothing .

Every aspect of hospitality and comfort was met and surpassed. Excellent breakfast and the location was in front of the lake, about 100m away, so you get nice and quiet without losing the fast access and scenic view. The decoration was in style and the personnel was friendly and professional. The swimming pool is also very nice.

I had the incredible privilege of being the very first guest at Hotel Julian Alps, which officially opens on June 1st. While looking for a place to stat, u stumbled upon this beautiful, brand new hotel. I asked a manager if it would be possible to get a room before the official opening, and he graciously allowed me to stay. the experience was amazing. The hotel still had that fresh, new feel and the staff was welcoming eager to ensure everything went smoothly. My room was impeccably clean, comfortable and well equipped, with all the modern amenities you could ask for. It felt like a luxury stat and i was truly blown away by how well everything was prepared, even before the official opening. The hotel design is stunning, with beautiful interiors and cozy atmosphere. U cant wait for this place to officially open so i can recommend it to others. Im so glad i found it and had a chance to be the first guest.
