It was an outstanding stay! Everything from picking up the keys and to comfort & room facilities - was perfect! You literally have EVERYTHING you need in the apartment and sometimes even more. View from the terrasse is indeed stunning, especially at sunset. Location is a bit far from the slopes, but if you have car it is not a problem (there is a free parking near the apartment) Bojana is a fantastic host, would love to stay here next time! And of course the departure gift hits our hearts, it was very touching)

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Grey Hotel in Kopaonik! This gorgeous hotel is centrally located, making it the perfect base for exploring the area. The rooms were incredibly spacious, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable—ideal for a restful night's sleep. Our room had a breathtaking mountain view, and the fresh, cool air only added to our restful sleep. The hotel has recently expanded, with a new addition opening in December 2023, and everything feels fresh and modern. We particularly enjoyed the spa facilities, including the swimming pool and sauna, which were perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The breakfast buffet was another highlight, offering a wide variety of delicious options that kept us full for the rest of the day. The staff were all polite, helpful, and nearly everyone spoke English, making our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, the Grey Hotel exceeded our expectations in every way, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and luxurious stay in Kopaonik. We can’t wait to return!

Room very spacious and warm, quiet and clean. Staff very friendly and helpful, the facilities at the hotel like pool and sauna ...were always available and free for guests. Convenient location, supermarket and ski pass outlet right across the street. 3 km from the ski center. I highly recommend and look fwd to visit again

Very cool & warm serbian house. There was a kids playing around at the entrance and the vibe was really as you belong there.

The place was modern and comfy. Everything felt new and well taken care of. It has a lot of appliances that make everything feel convenient. The view was a big plus, nice to wake up to. Overall, a really cosy and relaxing vibe.
