The lodge is nice and new, the room is decent size and has an ensuite bathroom. The house is a short walking distance to Rusutsu resort and the lifts. The owner is very nice, friendly and helpful. We only stayed one night, but would definitely consider a longer stay next time.

We are a family with 2 children, and we love skiing. As I don’t feel like driving on the left side of the road in snowy weathers, so the logistics was the main uncertainty of the trip. At first, I was a bit concerned of the location, as it was not the ski-in and ski-out sort of facility that we are used to, but the perfectly organised shuttle service totally covered it. It was quite convenient to carry the ski to the shuttle at the resort entrance and back to the villa. Throughout our 5 days of stay there, the shuttle was never even 1 min late! Incredibly reliable and pleasant services. The driver was also very nice and I very much enjoyed the conversations! The customer service was amazing. There’s no front desk here, but they manage to respond to my messages almost immediately, and take actions very quickly too. Very much appreciate it! The villa itself was just perfect. It was spacious, modern, quiet and comfortable and has a beautiful view. We love the nice features like bath tub, Netflix, Nespresso etc.

Location is good, there's a 7-11 out side the Hotel with 2 minites drive. Monorail is so convience to get Rusutsu Resort. Onsen is so wonderful. Room space is bigger than I thought, kids really enjoy the stay and satisfied about the experience.
