Spacious, warm, super-clean, with nice wooden features and finishes. Good mattresses. Equipped kitchen. A small selection of interesting local books. Only 13 minutes drive to Zoncolan ski resort and 2 minutes to local grocery store and Sotrio village centre. Very good that they diligently respect and inform about waste differentiation. Good for sustainability, nature and our planet.

Kind and caring host. Not confident in English, but we understood each other enough. Spacious apartment. Clean. Washing machine, kitchen with moat of equipment and up to date, no knives though :) It is very small town, so location is good as due to near center. Nice areas around for hiking and you can buy most of what you need in the shop across the small river. Didn't even test wi-fi if it was there 😅 but nice hiking trails available not too far off.

View from the window is so beautiful and panoramic. Good breakfast with delicious coffee and I believe that host served Illy coffee. Mateo and his father are very welcoming hosts. The Villa is Not to far away from town. If weather is great better walk down to shops and restaurant. However driving is also pleasant so you can discover area more. Bed linen is clean and comfy. We booked in low season and w enjoyed quite time and area.

Our stay at Casa Zarabara was just amazing. It is located in a cute little town surrounded by majestic mountains. The host, Iris, and her family were super friendly and gave us a lot of good advice and information. The room was spotlessly clean and so was our huge bathroom. And by spotless I literally mean spotless! Breakfast was amazing as well. Just thinking about it makes my mouth water again. A selection of local cold meats and cheese, delicious omelettes, homemade yoghurt, and freshly baked pies and cakes. Iris even made some pancakes for us on top of all that. We absolutely loved our stay in Casa Zarabara and are looking forward to coming back!

We appreciated the closed garage for the motorcycle. Breakfast was great. We also had a dinner. It was exceptional. Very good chef and very logical prices. Arta Terme is located near Austria and Slovenia.
