I am literally speechless, one of the best hotels we have stayed at. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home and answered all our questions to explore the Dolomites with so much patience and thought. The breakfast was amazing. The evening tea time snacks and coffee was amazing. The location of the property was perfect and the rooms were classy and perfect.

Location was a total surprise. Accessibility to Sellaronda lifts was unbeatable , either way selected to go ( clockwise or other way ) . Premises are refurnished ( gives a contemporary look with traditional mountain details ) , with a pool and spa on the third floor , never missed it in the 12 days at the Hotel. Dinner at the Hotel was a must . We had dinner at the Hotel every night , quality , service and no need to try other restaurants. Menu changed every day. All details cared of : at the room , ski lockers , restaurant and Spa ¡¡ and a very good systems for laundry , great help for skiers . Spa requires a full chapter, great.

The hotel was definitely the best part of a great skiing trip. The suite was spacious, we enjoyed the private sauna in the balcony every day. Getting into a hot steamy sauna after a day of skiing and watching the snow tractors leaving to fix the slopes while the last late skiers are rushing back home, enjoying the view in the balcony with a glass of beer - that is a feeling second to none. Hotel is well located, close to the center, right besides a blue slope that leads to/fom Campinoi cable car.

It was very practical for skiing. The hotel has adequate storage for the skiing material, and is within walking distance of the ski slopes and a ski rental shop. The staff were very friendly. Our luggage was delayed when we landed, so we were a couple of days without most of our stuff. Bernadette and Yuliana at the reception were very approachable and helped us manage this situation with tips on where to buy or rent ski wear while our luggage was missing.
