The hotel is a little gem: elegant, comfortable and so welcoming, with views to the mountains. Breakfast was abundant and offering some nice specialties and good vegan/vegetarian options. There is a small gym, which could be improved. The staff was truly exceptional: efficient, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. We got great tips for visiting nearby areas and could check-in before noon even, within an hour since booking (we had hastily left a nearby accommodation with an inappropriate owner). The dinner options were also good and decently priced. Rooms ar not very big but offer all the comfort you need and the bathrooms have a very elegant and modern design. Everything is spotlessly clean and there is free parking on the site. We can only recommend this hotel and will definitely choose it whenever we are nearby.

The area around Lago 'dOrta is beautifully green and the lake is clear. The hostel itself and the village of Ameno surrounding it could not be more Italian if Coppola directed the whole set. Nice other guests, quiet surrounding and a small jazz concert in the local park made the stay enjoyable. But the best were Giuditta and her daughters who were friendly and very helpful, thank you.

Very nice apartment. Very spacious, very clean. Parking place for the car and easy to reach without having to drive up hills. Swimming pool for the kids. Very good working air conditioning in all rooms. Host is very easy to contact and answers questions quickly. Easy to get around by car, supermarket nearby and other cities too.

The room was so beautiful and cozy, just perfect for a couple, we loved the view to the river of varralo and the pleasant river sounds at night. The check in was easy, there is a parking near by a few minutes walk.We were welcomed by Lisa very nicely and she told us where to park the car. There is a tiny nice kitchen that allows to make some food and tea and keep food in the fridge. The room was warm and the shower great and warm, the bed was comfortable and warm for us. A beautiful room and good location, I wish I had stayed longer. Thank you Lisa.

Fantastic from the beginning to the end. The host is very kind, available and knowledgeable. The apartment is spotless, super comfy, obviously designed professionally. Nothing is missing! Highly recommended. We will go back for a longer stay.

Can't find any fault with this location or hotel, a very enjoyable stay with attentive and friendly staff and probably the best meal on our stay in the region......good value for the comfort level offered.
