Fantastic and calm location for a stay in Belluno and for visit to the Dolomites. Ilaria was a very friendly host - also a nice breakfast was included. The view is amazing, on one side it’s the city view to Belluno and on the other the vineyard. We will be back 😊🇮🇹

So glad to have discovered this property. Lovely natural farm land setting and a true feeling of getting away without being far from the town centre in Belluno and the mountains. Apartments were well appointed with amazing mountain views. Nothing was too difficult for the most welcoming hosts in terms of hospitality, recommendations, and even assistance with pick up and drop offs. I look forward to visiting again.

Came here after AV1 trail, the receptionist gave us confidence boost and was overall very funny and friendly. The best welcome ever. Room was big and clean, shower with different style of flows. Just perfection, the best relaxation after the long trail in the mountains.

Really nice and quiet location, the food was very good and the rooms were a very good size with beds being very comfortable. Special shout to the hosts who were very welcoming, helped us out a lot with our stay there, and gave us great recommendations on things to do and see during the day.
