The room was actually new apartment with all needed amenities. Hotel is situated very close to the city centre and the lake shore. Great starting point for visiting Borromeo islands. Restaurants, coffee bars and shops are all nearby. And on the top - hotel offers also a garage for some extra money - very much welcomed. And yes, not to forget - very friendly hosts.

After four months of travelling throughout Italy, we were looking for a place to stay for a month and relax. Un sogno sul Lago was perfect. There was nothing you could fault about the place. Everything is in excellent condition. Cristina and Fabio are fantastic hosts. From special treats being baked to offering to take and pick you up from either the station or local restaurants. Love the location and could never get enough of the views. Wouldn't hesitate in coming back. The best B and B we have stayed in.
