Teresa and Rhein run an amazing guesthouse :) there are a lot of personal touches that make your stay incredibly comfortable. The food is fantastic and the room is amazing. We had no issues during our time and can’t wait to go back! I cannot recommend highly enough

The hotel prepared our room before we arrived and gave us a quiet room that we could see a beautiful sunset. The breakfast was also full of choices, and we could ask for what we would like to eat, and they tasted very nice. The location is close to the beach, train station and bus stop, making it convenient to travel. They helped to store our luggage on the last day. In general, it was a nice experience and highly recommended :)

Beautiful property in a fantastic location. 3 bedrooms (1 double & 2 twin), 2 bathrooms. Nice little bbq area for when the weather is decent. And quiet. So quiet! Made full use of the 25% off vouchers for the pub along the road (three times!) that were left on the fridge door. Great for touring. Conwy, Colwyn Bay, Llandudno, Penryn all just a few minutes by car (or a decent walk). Betws y Coed about 25 mins, and Bangor a bit further.

Everything! The decor is amazing and it is in a fantastic location. We stayed in the middle floor apartment and the view from the living room was wonderful. In this property you also have access at the rear to an outdoor area (fire escape stairs lead through this down the back of the property) which I imagine would be welcome in warmer weather. It is such a spacious and welcoming apartment. The beds are very comfortable and as I have said, the decor is unlike anything we’ve ever stayed in - it really is stunning! Parking is on the road outside but we didn’t have any problems with that and managed to park more or less outside the property for the duration of our stay. We hope to return very soon.

Really is home from home. Spotless in side. The most comfortable lounge area, dining table set up nicely, great size tv. Good kitchen. Very comfy, large bed and big bedroom. Small bottle of Prosecco on arrival. A lovely touch.
