Everything was perfect! The apartment is well equipped with everything you’ll need for your vacation! There is even a lot of leftover spices, tea, coffee, oil just essentials for cooking. And if you’re feeling fancy you can buy a bottle of wine via PayPal from the owner of the apartment. The house is located almost on top of the mountain, right in the national park, so it’s very quiet, tranquil and you’ll have a great view and much privacy. You can do a lot of hiking or Mountain Biking starting from this place (Snezka, Black Mountain…). In Winter of course Winter sports! The road to the building is quite steep and narrow, but at this time wasn’t that busy. And the parking is spacious and good accessible. We didn’t try the restaurant or sauna, but I’m sure they’ll take very good care of your desires. We loved the big and very comfortable bed and to wake up with such a nice view and the hammock was also a very nice touch! We even brought our own to hang. The owner is very nice and helpful, answers very quickly and gives a lot of recommendations for things to do around. We’ll definitely be back one day! ;)

The facilities are modern and well-maintained. The cleanliness and organization of the space are remarkable, ensuring a welcoming and comfortable environment.The beds are extremely comfortable. Breakfast is varied and delicious. The presence of a convenience store on-site adds extra convenience to the stay. But, what truly sets Pensão Synek apart is the friendliness and kindness of the owner family. They are incredibly warm and helpful, making us feel at home from the moment we arrive. Their attention to detail and care for guests are evident in every aspect of the stay. Additionally, the guesthouse offers amenities such as ski equipment storage. The proximity to the area's ski lifts and the SkiBus stop right in front of the guesthouse makes access to the slopes very easy. In short, Pensão Synek provides a comfortable and cozy stay, combining modern facilities with the warm hospitality of a dedicated family. I highly recommend this accommodation to anyone visiting Špindlerův Mlýn.

Very modern and clean. Superb meal, welcome Prosecco. Steak was of a very good standard. very friendly and helpful staff - Radak and Daniel with their knowledge of wine and conversation made my visit. Will hopefully visit again in the future, 5 stars!

Exceptional hotel in Svaty Petr - just a dream destination. Super friendly staff and beautiful and charming accommodation - rooms was furnished in a traditional 'mountain style' furniture, very comfortable beds, great bathrooms, bathrobes etc. Absolutely exceptional restaurant- ended up eating there every night ( was only planning to use it on our first night and explore others - but it was so good) - breakfast was exceptional and so welcome before all day hiking. Also the wellness centre is amazing, available for private hire, very affordable. Highly recommend it and hope to return.

Very beautiful rooms, comfy beds, there was everything you could need for your stay. Very quiet, didn't hear other guests in their rooms. Delicious breakfast. Perfect for families with kids. Happy I made this choice.

Beautiful environment of the accommodation. Quiet and dark at night. Perfect for relax. Easy parking and access to town and Stezka korunami stromu the amazing tree tops walk. Kitchenette is well equipped. New and modern. Breakfast was delicious and with a lot of choice. Very happy with our stay.
