The spa was incredible as well as the Rigi activities (hiking, skiing). The quality of the food at the restaurant was also great.

The hotel was very clean. The room was a good size and although our room faced the road we couldn't hear the traffic noise. The staff were polite and friendly and spoke good English. There was a good choice for breakfast and everything was fresh. The timings for breakfast were good ie spread over a few hours.
